hasnt been healthy since he went down in '15. package him in a trade instead. can get two good pieces in return trading him, dmo, ariza, bev, brewer and the pick. they need to blow this team up, esp now with dwight's expiring gone

i used to be huge on this guy, thinking him an dwight were gonna be a top 3 twin tower in the league. i was way off on that :(

If we sign him to a cheap contract, then we can trade him for a first rounder again

Did any marketing video ever help in recruiting a RFA or an UFA? Lame.

It makes sense that they'd have to woo him to stay because to make it happen, they'd have to convince him to not sign an offer sheet early in FA.

I would be nice to actually keep the players Rockets drafted beyond their rookie contracts. There is some pride having success with the players that have been with the team since they entered the league.

I still think DMO can be very good for us. Visions of DMO during Harden's MVP(b.) year flash into my mind.

I'm glad the trade got rescinded. D-MO still has upside and will continue to get better if healthy. I'm glad the Rockets want to keep him.

I'd be happy to keep DMo, but we've got a long way to go roster wise

If we keep DMo and we don't have to overpay to keep him, it will be a win-win.

Finally Morey figured out what I have known all along.

    ;)

JK - anyway glad we are tying to keep him, even as a backup he provides a unique skillset with his post game and ability to hit the 3....

And BTW - the Rockets asked our very own CLUTCH to speak in the video.

    THAT IS ****ING COOL !

I don't understand why we want to keep a guy who's best offense is a post game which D'Antonio is never going to use. He's not a great rebounder either as he isn't physically imposing. And he's too slow to be used as a stretch 4. Plus throw in the back issues.

I guess they feel they need to have some decent players on the roster because if both Dwight and Dmo leaves, there are no starting quality big men on the team.

Early days. Two weeks for first big run. Then smaller hits after. Have confidence; I (want to) do.
