Agreed. And I'll add, Harden needs a PG with the confidence to stay aggressive even if they don't see the ball for a few possessions. Bledsoe seems like he has that swagger.

can you imagine running a bledsoe/harden PnR? or some horn sets?

just make sure our 4 and 3 can shoot and it will be one of the best offenses in the league.

[rQUOTEr]Another young veteran who will be firmly on the trading block is Eric Bledsoe of the Suns, as Phoenix seeks to rebalance its guard-heavy roster and hopes to add frontcourt help. The Suns have interest in drafting point guard Kris Dunn of Providence with the No. 4 pick, which would give them a rookie to develop while cashing in on Bledsoe’s value.

Of course, that value took a serious hit last winter when Bledsoe had the third knee surgery of his career. Bledsoe had the meniscus in his right knee repaired in 2011, and removed altogether in 2014. He had his left meniscus repaired in December. Removing the meniscus essentially leaves the bones of the knee rubbing against each other, and leaves players susceptible to tendinitis and bone bruises. That’s why doctors try to repair a meniscus before removing it.

“It’s definitely a case of selling low if they trade him now,” one general manager told Sporting News. “Those knees are serious red flags and you figure it is only a matter of time before both of them will be removed.”

Dwyane Wade, for example, had his meniscus removed in college and has struggled with knee pain throughout his career. It was pointed out that Wade has still been productive despite his knee issue, but the GM said, “Bledsoe is not Dwyane Wade.”

Could Bledsoe / Harden be as good as Nash / Johnson were?

It seems they have an hard time to trade them, not surprising though, Bledsoe has bad knees, Knight is a sg in a pg's body...i still think Knight can be a good fit here, but only if we miss on big names.

Knight is the better fit with Harden, but I'd rather have Bev and Llull signed to reasonable contracts than either Knight or Bledsoe.

The Suns have no idea what they are doing. It's more and more obvious every day. If Murray is on the board with Dunn and they want a point guard, they should draft Murray.......not Dunn. And if they draft a point they've just put themselves in another hole trying to move both Bledsoe and Knight. Their trade values, which ard already diminished because of their own duplication and injury concerns, is only going to become more diminished.

Frankly I don't want either player. They are both high turover players on long term high salary deals that do not mesh with Harden because the combination of Hardens turnovers plus their own turnovers will make us a lottery team.

I believe Bledsoe can fit in with Harden, but his injury history is hard to overcome. I don't think Knight will fit in as well as Bledsoe, but I would take him, if he were up for grabs.

I don't think the Rockets have the assets to obtain him though.

Well, Knight is probably the better shooter between them, and even if he's used to have the ball in his hands, he doesn't need to, in fact i think he can be a better player/shooter playing more off ball...the problem here is that i see that Knight has played a total of 110 games in his last three seasons...that's not good...at this point i'm not even sure who's the most injury prone between him and Bledsoe...i mean, it's clearly Bledsoe but damn, 100 games in three years is just bad.

I will take Lull only if we can't find anyone else. we are taking a gamble which I'm sure Morey likes to do if he can't transition into the NBA

Lol @ Phoenix ownership/front office. That team needs to be sold and relocated to Seattle.

Does anybody really want to kick the tires and roll the dice on Bledsoe? If so what are you willing to give up? For us it would need to be a package of Brewer and Beverly + more. Does anybody here think that will work and do they want to do it? I think they are desperate but considering what they were asking for how desperate are they and how many other suitors will murky the waters? I personally think there is no chance Durant will come here but if you could tell him we had Bledsoe and all he would have to do is speak to Whiteside that would be a loaded team that would attract more chip seeking talent to round out the bench. In NY he would be carrying the water for a broken down team. In LA there is nothing unless he plans to wait a year and go there with Harden. I don't buy SA or GS. They would clash with him and too many changes required to teams that are already champions. He has to have an awfully good reason to leave OKC.

I never realized Knight was such a low% shooter even though scoring is his strength. Do not want.
