I know its a losers mentality but with the way England was playing it wasn't the worst idea in the world. Perhaps its because I'm American and lived through the US doing nothing but clog the box and praying for a counter for years but it does work sometimes, especially when England was playing as sloppy as they were through the first 3/4 of the game.
