    I was thinking the same thing. It's like bicycle nation out there. And watching the end of that video was almost as painful as watching the impact.

    No Lawyer, but I would think it first gives her motive, so it hurts her more than helps, but I think it would also make it a crime of passion, which helps her in terms of length and parole.
