Last night was a pretty mistake-free game... hell, only took 2 hours to complete (gotta love being back in the NL!).

I think his stuff translates a little differently from the 8th to the 9th... hitters often get themselves out in the 9th when facing devastating breaking stuff.

Of course, his head has to be right for it too... at least he's not "broken" anymore.

Now Feliz... he may have stuff that dominates anytime/anyplace/anywhere... but perhaps the front office has realized that and would recommend limiting the over-use of him for now.

    Interesting point here.

Unfortunately it would require Harris blowing a heap of saves to find out if that's the case with him.

that Altuve 1st to 3rd looked like a shot at one of those gifs of bad baserunning. Piscotty was every so slightly too weak-armed. Which is maybe why he did it. But 1st and 2nd with 0 outs and your 5 hitter up.. (who just K'ed), seems silly to risk it

3 pitch strike out was pretty pathetic from your fifth hitter w a runner on third.

i'd rather him look like at fool at the plate than hit into a dp.

i would be fine with a GIDP there if it netted us a run.
