Yeah, he's only on trial for defrauding people out of their savings, while paying off other states not to add more charges to his fraud. And he's also advocating war crimes as part of his foreign policy.

I don't see how that's actually any better.

I don't know how good a President Hilary Clinton will be. What I do know is that her husband is the finest President and influential President in several generations.

I will roll with Hilary over someone that is as thin skinned as Trump. The last time we elected a someone with no intellectual curiosity and thin skin; we ended up in multiple wars. You cannot be thin skinned AND intellectually lazy and be a good President based on recent history.

I think he, Reagan and George H.W. Bush in their own way are prototypes of a competent President, I also think each of them learned enough from the post-Kennedy era to avoid massive screw ups and ensure relative stability going forward. George W. Bush looks worse and worse in comparison to all those three. I don't how long a generation is but two before the Reagan-Clinton era you hit FDR, Truman and Eisenhower; we'll never have a run like that again.

Well except we did have money pour up the 1% and much destruction to the middle class during the Reagan Bush I and Clinton presidencies. Bush I started the Gulf War and between him and Bill killed hundreds of thousands of Iraqis for what that is worth.

I guess their personalities and in the case of Bush I and Clinton their smarts and knowledge of world affairs were good.

Perhaps all this is over your head....or maybe you need to read deeper before you respond. There was a portion marking in the email that designated that content within the email was classified. It has nothing to do with the stamp at the top. There was content marked with a C that designated it classified.

The Liberals on this board who understand that Clinton screwed the pooch here at least admit that by resorting to well she's better than Trump. The problem is, if elected, this crap isn't going to stop. Supporting her when she's been busted dead to rights is emboldening a woman who thinks her supporters will believe anything. She's had some practice at being on the receiving end of that herself with Bill blaming all the women he slept with while married to her.

The complete and utter bulll**** is coming from Clinton herself. wake up

That is about it unless you live in some of the states most likely Texas where one party clearly has not chance.

"this crap isn't going to stop" - so you're saying you know she's going to bring her servers with her.... wasn't using private emails instead of .gov hosted-accounts a hallmark of the Bush II Adminstration? I think they even used hotmail and stuff like that ....

Is this behavior you are for or against? I'm confused as to what you're even angry about here, other than the upcoming electoral wipeout your team is on deck for, of course and pure-on Trumpian misogyny/frustration.

The deception that Sam is using here is using the words "private emails" instead of using "private email server". The server is the key here -- that was Hillary's major breach in confidentiality and therefore breach in security -- no one before her had a private server. Yes, others had private email accounts, but none conducted all of their business on a private email server. This is a huge difference that Sam is aware of, but tries to play word games to confuse the issue. It's shameful. Liberals have no moral core, so they think that if they can just confuse the issue long enough, they can deceive their adversary and then they'll tire of the issue and move on. Nice try.

Using a private email account for official business is bad, and people who do so should be fired. Using a private email server for sending and receiving classified information is super illegal, as is instructing people to remove classification headings from documents in order to send them via unclassified means, and people who do so should be arrested.

Some of the "missing" emails that were sent through the RNC accounts were mistakenly addressed to[15] georgewbush.org, a parody site. Text of the misaddressed emails is available at the Dead Letter Office.

So just to be clear, using your own server is bad, but using the RNC's server is OK?

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bush_White_House_email_controversy

The Bush White House email controversy surfaced in 2007 during the controversy involving the dismissal of eight U.S. attorneys. Congressional requests for administration documents while investigating the dismissals of the U.S. attorneys required the Bush administration to reveal that not all internal White House emails were available, because they were sent via a non-government domain hosted on an email server not controlled by the federal government. Conducting governmental business in this manner is a possible violation of the Presidential Records Act of 1978, and the Hatch Act.[1] Over 5 million emails may have been lost or deleted.[2][3] Greg Palast claims to have come up with 500 of the Karl Rove lost emails, leading to damaging allegations.[4] In 2009, it was announced that as many as 22 million emails may have been deleted.[5]

The administration officials had been using a private Internet domain, called gwb43.com, owned by and hosted on an email server run by the Republican National Committee,[6] for various communications of unknown content or purpose. The domain name is an acronym standing for "George W. Bush, 43rd" President of the United States. The server came public when it was discovered that J. Scott Jennings, the White House's deputy director of political affairs, was using a gwb43.com email address to discuss the firing of the U.S. attorney for Arkansas.[7] Communications by federal employees were also found on georgewbush.com (registered to "Bush-Cheney '04, Inc."[8]) and rnchq.org (registered to "Republican National Committee"[9]), but, unlike these two servers, gwb43.com has no Web server connected to it — it is used only for email.[10]
