Investigations (or "security reviews" as some call them) into relevant factors. Sexual preference is not a relevant factor. I'm sure they'll look into it anyway, but they'll spend most of their effort looking into things that matter.

If I may jump to a conclusion based on my limited knowledge of all this... Sounds like he was a crazy guy who used ISIS to justify his self-hate / general craziness.

From what I've been reading, it seems like a man who struggled with his closet homosexuality finally lost it and snapped... My heart goes out to the victims and their families and I'm disappointed to see this CNN driven agenda that he was some sort of ISIS agent
pretty much what I feel and also he used the isis/al queda storyline to disguised his real reason for the attack.
It really comes down to if we believe the FBI, the shooter himself, the shooter's father, the shooter's wife, the evidence the FBI collected about his internet browsing history, the teachings of the mosque he went to......or if you believe TMZ. Right now it seems a lot of Americans put their stock in TMZ and that's why we're hearing so much of the "it wasn't terrorism, it was just a closet gay man" rhetoric.
Also, my girlfriend has a few friends who live in Orlando who are claiming that there were 2 more accomplices with the shooter who were keeping the doors closed so that nobody could get out... I don't know how much truth there is to this but her friends are saying that the media isn't reporting this to avoid mass panic in the area as the other two supposed accomplices are unaccounted for. Again, I'll repeat that I don't know how much truth there is to this but I wanted to throw this out there in case anybody else has heard anything.
That makes no sense, if there were two other accomplices at large the police would definitely raise the alarm not just for people's safety but to have people assist in tracking them down.
Possibly but it's not something that hasn't been well documented. Part of the reason he ended up getting the attention of the FBI was because he attended a mosque with ties to extremism. In fact a member of the mosque went to Syria to be a suicide bomber and the relationship of the shooter to that bomber was why the FBI questioned him in 2014. This same mosque also hosted a Muslim cleric last month who preached that homosexuals are to be killed in a speech entitled “How to deal with the phenomenon of homosexuality”. Of course that's only one part of the equation and I'm sure that plenty of those who go to that mosque are perfectly normal, non-violent people.....but it is a factor.
You/Liberal/Media obviously have no idea what ISIS is about. Al Qaeda presented itself as a military organization. Most of their messages had a backdrop of weapons and violence. They were very big into training camps and creating cells. ISIS is a political movement. They encourage radicalism remotely. Sure, they have their camps and cells, but nothing like Al Qaeda. ISIS is significantly more dangerous in the long run. All they need is to promote the message. Its ironic that liberals treat Muslims like they are less intelligent humans, although it does seem to be the liberal mentality to save those who they view less intelligent as them. ISIS understands they must evolve in todays world of constant surveillance. Governments can track large amounts of money and weapons. They can interrogate captives and extract other members information. What the government can't do is track the self radicalized 'lone gunman' who is formulating his terroristic plans inside his own mind. So instead, liberal morons like yourself continue to deny the ISIS threat by say "oh he was not directly recruited by ISIS, so this is not a muslim attack" . The Fort Hood, San Bernardino and Orlando attacks all had different targets and different reasons. They had one thing in common; Self radicalization who vocally stated their allegiance to their religion before their attacks. So please, go ahead and continue to bury your head in the sand and blame "guns" as the issue. ISIS is an issue, regardless if your ignorant president things they are the "JV team".
Oh yeah this is all about being a homosexual. Being suspended in school for supporting the 9/11 attack. Having a Taliban supporting extremist father. Going to a Mosque that has had religious leaders advocate mercy killings of gays. Numerous people knowing him claiming he is very religious. Making several recent trips to Saudi Arabia. Has a known history of downloading and listening to martyrdom propoganda. Reports filed against him for claiming allegiance to terrorist groups. Scouting out sites like Disney World that have no sexual element. Claiming allegiance to ISIS and claiming support for the Boston Bombers during the attack. Clearly this all about being a self hating homosexual, glad we have that cleared up.
