Ukraine really, really good. Our game lacks structure. Schweinsteiger would calm the game down. Khedira is up front too much.
Höwedes leaving his man thousand feet open every damn time, hope we bring Can or Kimmich in the 2nd half.
I've seen weaker teams thus far. Defense is complete ****. We need Hummels back as soon as possible. Götze and Özil invisible.
Yung T and Raz, have y'all checked on ATW? Is he ok? I figure he's still in a Gary Neville-esque goal call orgasm after that Schweinsteiger goal:grin:
Thx for clarification, never watched Seinfeld. Big relief now, this match was way closer than it should've been. As expected, our defense means trouble, but I hope they find together once Hummels is back. Poland on Thursday will be a big test. I am growing a hate against Mesut Özil. Never liked his body language, he always stops playing once he loses the ball and is useless when it comes to scoring. Too bad Löw doesn't have the courage to bench this diva. Also hope he finally trashes this crappy False 9 strategy. Happy for Schweinsteiger, but I'm still doubting his condition to play more than 30 minutes.
Tizzle, Raz, ATW, PLEASE explain your manz here. Come get your boy Joachim and stop him from being nasty like this <blockquote class="twitter-video" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">He's progressed from picking his nose these days <a href="https://t.co/1oYMcs0U9v">pic.twitter.com/1oYMcs0U9v</a></p>— Indigo (@IndigoLFC) <a href="https://twitter.com/IndigoLFC/status/742095510283116544">June 12, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> <blockquote class="twitter-video" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">HE ALSO PICKED HIS ARSE CRYING <a href="https://t.co/NzSFslGfLN">pic.twitter.com/NzSFslGfLN</a></p>— Nathan (@WAFCNathan) <a href="https://twitter.com/WAFCNathan/status/742100945199325184">June 12, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Finally David De Gea gets to start ahead of Casillias in a big game tournament. It has been a long time coming.
I agree. We also were terrible in 2002 and didn’t qualify for the WC. And we bounced back. But just as in 2002 I do not see us improving that much the coming 2 years. I do not see our next otherworldly talent. But Robben, Sneijder etc were also suddenly there so who knows. Maybe a great talent will arive soon. I figured that was you . It is strange/difficult to actually cheer for Germany, the rivalry has been strong since I was young. I really disliked the German players in the 90’s (how easily a child’s mind can be molded to dislike something). I do really like the current German teams. Many of their players just play the right way. I respect that. But actively cheering for them is a bit too much (it is like cheering for the Jazz or Lakers). That being said If any of the real favourites have to win it I hope it is Germany. I will see during the tournament which teams plays the right way and cheer for them (some countries Like Ireland, Croatia and Belgium always have a soft spot in my heart, So I will cheer for them) I will probably support our little brother the most.
ferrari77, I really hoped I didn't have to see this here Löw tends to act a little weird when he's in the tunnel, but as long as we're winning... Cool story: One of my best friends is croatian, he and his german wife had their first child yesterday when both nations won their respective games. That's timing, gentlemen. But couldn't convince them to name him Luka or Basti.
