It's going to be a long four years and six months. Most of the 9 trillion get pegged to Bush for his recovery act, the Bush tax cuts, and the in crease in military spending. Obama with Congress cut the deficit from 1.3 trillion to about 500 billion. The big issue is lost tax rev from the tax cuts- if the deficit concerns you just roll back the tax cuts.
