Yea but I don't know if they have made it "official" to the point where the recruits could make their appeal to the NCAA.

Here is the link to the video package of the girls that made accusations last night. (Embed code doesn't seem to work.)

What were you expecting? People want blood nowadays and you guys haven't delivered. Outside of a few assistants that no one cares about, no one has been officially fired. Both Starr and the AD resigned and y'all didn't even have the balls to fire Briles straight up. Furthermore, you talk about a self-imposed death penalty when there has been zero information about any self-imposed sanctions of any kind whatsoever.

But on top of that, a lot of BU fans have just been a$$es about the whole thing. Taking the ad out to thank Starr, publicly victim shaming, etc...all adds fuel to the fire. Sucks because these folks shouldn't rep y'all as a whole but being objective as I can possibly be, you guys simply haven't done enough to appease the public mob. And you can say you don't care to but pretty obvious that you do.

Yes, normal people would complain about the assistants being employed at Baylor based on the report of systemic failure. The assistants were involved and culpable. Keeping them is just another effort by Baylor to have their cake and eat it too. They don't really want to pay the price for running and condoning a football program out of control.

It is amazing that they haven't let these kids out of their commitments yet.

The response that fans/normal people was buried 6 feet deep shows how out of touch or in denial you are. Baylor should entirely clean house and they should release their commitments. There seems to be this idea that Baylor shouldn't really suffer on the field for what happened and it should be football as usual... No, there are consequences.

To not let 18 year old kids out of their commitments is fairly petty and small, given the change in circumstances that those kids could not have anticipated. And not doing so is going to send a message to future recruits, as well.

I know! What's the big deal. Come on, let's get back to football. I had a good time at Baylor, no one assaulted or raped me or looked the other way when it happen. Shrugs ... Let's see how many recruits we can keep, gotta make Saturday's interesting... The coordinators are the same, hoping for a good season. Man should have just kicked the kids off the team, the ones caught aren't that good. Nebraska had a running back drag a biotch down a flight of stairs and no one was sanctioned. Baylor is being singled out. Man I bet they asked for it. Atleast we still have our QB.

TLDR: Dismissed Baylor player denies sexual assault allegation to ESPN and gives them her number. She tells ESPN he forced her to do things sexually and she later contacted him asking about his sexual health history. New Baylor head coach told a Juco coach that if the player goes quietly then they'll stop the investigation and not stop him from playing elsewhere.

Wait wait wait, so they're only letting the players who are accused of crimes or wrongdoings be released and play for other teams without consequences? Meanwhile, the innocent recruits twist in the wind? That's really not good.

Crazy rumor going around that Briles will be reinstated after next season. Note that he has only been suspended with intent to terminate. Read that this arrangement was stipulated in his contract and that BU is using this time to negotiate his buyout. But also a rumor is that Briles will sit this one out without pay and come back next season.

Apparently from their rivals forum. Also the mod from 247 has been posting some cryptic tweets about something happening Monday and redemption or some crap like that. Don't think even BU could be this crazy but sure would be fun to watch.

Agreed which is pretty crazy that some mods seem to be running with it as well.
