I really hope Correa is okay. This serves the team right though having to have Altuve play SS for the first time ever. Bregman should already be up. You make room for all the talent you can get especially when you're lacking in offensive talent.
If Correa needs a DL stint and they try and go with the band aid approach I am going to be so pissed. IT cost us the division last year when Jed got hurt.

I think you bring up Danny Worth before Bregmann assuming Worth is at least a solid SS. He has been dominating AAA and had a good showing last season AAA as well. Time to see if we have an extremely late bloomer in Worth if Correa is out. I didn't see the play so hopefully Correa is okay but it doesn't sound like it will be a quick day to day thing.
