I can see it now... Hillary and Trump are having some lame ass debate in a massive auditorium packed with Americans pinching themselves, hoping this is all just a long, terrible nightmare. As one of them is saying some meaningless nonsense that no one cares about, the auditorium speakers boom with: Spoiler "IF YA SMELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!" Spoiler
You may want to re-read his post. He was drawing a distinction between Trump advocating arming South Korea with Obama allowing North Korea to acquire nukes.
You are probably right. But if that was the case, it makes no sense because Obama isn't running and wasn't part of the conversation. I guess it makes a little more sense than talking about S. Korea developing nukes under Obama's watch, but changing the subject and not addressing the matter at hand is still hardly a drop the mic moment. Either way it's hilarious.
Exactly. FranchiseBlade was the one who came across looking like the dumbass. I have spent time working in South Korea - I'm well aware of the distinction between the South and the North. FranchiseBlade would probably have trouble pointing out the two countries on a map.
Why is Chicago plagued by gun violence and how would more lax gun restrictions change that? Please explain in detail.
 Trump on black supporter: 'Look at my African-American over here' http://www.cnn.com/2016/06/03/politics/donald-trump-african-american/index.html Redding, California (CNN)Donald Trump sought to tout his support among African-Americans on Friday by pointing out a black man in the crowd and calling him "my African-American." "Oh, look at my African-American over here. Look at him," Trump said. "Are you the greatest?" The remark didn't generate a noticeable response from Trump's audience.
I realize that their first nuclear tests occurred under Bush. Do you realize I was not the one making that assertion? I was simply pointing out that FB misunderstood texxx's post.
You stated it as fact versus a quote of his giving his statement credence, which is further demonstrated by your qualifying it as merely a "test". You can not test a nuclear weapon without building a nuclear weapon. If you can test it successfully, you have the bomb. If North Korea detonated that puppy in Downtown Houston you wouldn't be calling it a test. The U.S. dropped a couple of "tests" on Japan
Since when do Democrats attack each other over universal healthcare? Oh, since Hillary Clinton said it was ok: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/A9CRgFO2mnM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I don't know, FB. I think he really was just attempting to clarify what the other guy was saying. He probably wishes now that he hadn't bothered! (?)texxx is babbling about something. I think he needs a compass.
You can't debate with Bigtexxx, he learned everything he knows from his people. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paragraph
Why Some of the Smartest Progressives I Know Will Vote for Trump over Hillary The other thing is that a middling status quo candidate will get her party savaged in the midterms. Those points are all compelling but I still somewhat believe she'll put judges to overturn Citizens United. Should get that in writing though...
I'm sorry that's a very ignorant piece. It makes the argument that some "intelligent" democrats are voting for Trumps and outlines where Clinton and Sanders stands on major issues.... but doesn't tell where Trump stands on those issues? Too many Sanders supporters just come off as sore losers, to the point where they are willing to cut your nose to spite your face.
Hillary's "foreign policy" speech on Thursday was a winning tactic. It was an attack on Trump and she took the offensive. She was the leader. Trump put out a few weak and ineffectual tweets as some sort of defense. His defense were personal attacks on Hillary and not issue focused at all. Since Hillary's attacks were all based on Trump's own words and positions, there was really very little Trump or other Republicans could have for a defense. There was a distinct lack of other Republicans speaking out for Trump and helping him defend against Hillary's attacks. Trump basically had no defense and Hillary's attacks all hit home. I also want to try and be fair. Since I called out Hillary's campaign for when she looked weak and had a losing strategy against Trump regarding the Egypt Air flight, I wanted to point out when her campaign did something that looks promising for them as well.
