In theory, you're right. But having Kawhi, Durant, and Aldridge all on the same team with Pop as the coach would lead to so many blowout wins that none of that Big Three would be playing heavy minutes. Hell, they won 67 games this past season WITHOUT Durant. You add him to that team and the Warriors' 73-9 record may not last even one year.
Harden talking about wanting Durant here leads me to believe they haven't talk yet, just hope they will Spoiler soon .
another possible option: i guess they could just bring KD off the bench and destroy teams for 48min straight
On paper there's no doubt, but there are a lot of "if", personally i'm not sure how Durant fits with Aldridge, i think in the end great player find a way to play together but, don't know...anyway, other than this, which may well be nothing, you have to keep in mind that Parker is done, and most of all that Duncan is done (or at least that's what it seems), and this will be huge cause we're talking about one of the very best 4/5 in the history of the game. Durant, Kawhi, LMA is still impressive (on paper), but a done Parker and a retired/done Duncan are basically two huge holes for the Spurs (add to this argument Ginobili which is basically their point guard from the bench). Personally, i think that if Duncan and Ginobili are going to retire, they should try to sign Pau and Conley, these two guys would fit perfectly with them imo, and at least Conley can be a part of their core going forward with Kawhi and LMA. Obviously Durant is Durant, but with Duncan (C), Ginobili (SG/PG) and Parker (PG) at the end of their carrers, maybe would be smart for them just try to sign a center and a guard more than a SF/PF since they have Kawhi and LMA.
All they need to do is apologize like Iman Shumpert did! <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">@I_Am_Iman appreciate it brother I got you enough said GO CAVS - Lil B</p>— Lil B THE BASEDGOD (@LILBTHEBASEDGOD) <a href="https://twitter.com/LILBTHEBASEDGOD/status/603628617248018432">May 27, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> Seriously though, **** lil B
Kevin Durant is not walking through that door. No mattter how many ipad demonstrations Morey shows him...
So I realistically believe that KD is staying put. But gotta think we should be pulling for Cleveland here. Don't want KD thinking that his current team was the closest to beating Golden State.
lolwot... his agent should be insta-fired if he lets him do something so foolish. http://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/r...essarily-sign-short-term-deal-in-free-agency/
