Apparently he is unaware that, many athletes and nonathletes are able to continue to stay in shape and exercise with an ankle injury. Astonishingly many of these are readily available to regular people also, such as, working out in the pool, bikram and conventional yoga, spin class, HTH training that doesnt involve the ankles as well as a myriad of calistenics that doesnt stress the lower legs.

Dmo could still run, something you can't do on a bum ankle and yes Dmo was definitely out of shape. He had to go to the Dleague to get back in game shape and he was missing plenty of shots when he got back just like Harden. He was already skinny to begin with so Dmo gaining weight would not be a big deal. Harden uses his size for strength. I swear you guys keep pulling **** from your arse, lol.

None of those things put you in basketball shape, they do help though.

Yeah....those are from broken bones or surgeries. Not from sprained ankles.

McHale said Harden was "overweight". For a wing player in the NBA, that's a nice way of saying "fat". When people talk about not being in "basketball shape", that's referring to conditioning. For instance, when DMo returned from back surgery, he wasn't overweight, but he wasn't in basketball shape.

Like I said before, there are plenty of ways to exercise with a sprained ankle. It won't be as effective as running and playing basketball, but it would prevent someone from becoming overweight.

Are you aware that "overweight" and "fat" are synonyms?

Can MDA and his assistants fix the Harden the cancer? Harden is a cancer offensively and defensively. We shall see...
