    I mean obviously she is not-guilty but a 14 year old being played by a psycho teacher probably isn't the BEST thing for his current psyche or his future relationships.

    It seems like without embedded LEOs in the district, this would have just gone on without any prosecution, as the parents were okay with it.

    You always have to consider a Pamela Smart type situation, kids can be manipulated into all kinds of things or just put into an odd psychological state dealing with the wrong type of adult. Also I imagine if you grew up in a family with any kind of adultery any weird situations can make you feel queasy.

    I think y'all underestimate what a 14 yr old is capable of. Some of them know exactly what they're doing and are the ones preying on the teachers. These arent 3rd graders either. The teacher should obviously know better, but I doubt she made him do anything he wasnt goping for already, especially with those kind of parents..

    Supposedly the teacher said that the student initiated the contact with her through Instagram and started direct messaging her (guess it does go down in the DM??) and kept asking her to hang out.

    Its hard to get more concrete evidence than photographs and video, and based on what is presented I think she probably walks.
