If Green and his 12 fouls a game dies a horrible death than the Warrior's game would look legit and decent.
Guess it's just my opinion, but I prefer more of a conventional grit-n-grind style with occasional 3's tossed in. Hoisting 3's all the time (yes even if they're successful at it) sort of wears on me. I like a healthy mix of getting to the rack, mid-range, and 3's
Ü build a team to win based on strengths. Obviously gs has built that. Everyone has their blueprint on how to play. That's why no team plays the same.
I realize that, but I personally prefer the Spurs/Thunder style of play over the Warriors. I think the Warriors are more of a boring team.
I agree with that. But I still appreciate the amazing shooting and ball movement of the Warriors. Steph and Klay are shooting at unprecedented levels right now -- how can that not be exciting?
Spurs play nothing like the thunder. Those are two different systems of basketball. So it's still unclear what you're really referring to
People say the Warriors are dirty. There's a fine line between dirty and "grit-n-grind", if you ask me.
I'd say more of a early 2000s Kings and modern era Spurs. Offenses predicated on motion but not dictated by three pointers. Again, the Warriors are great at what they do, but they often shoot other teams out of the gym and it makes games boring...yes, I'm hating on them for being too good at what they do lol, if that makes sense
It's exciting if you're a purist. A lot of people aren't, and watch the NBA based on emotions. If you don't like the Warriors, then it's not exciting. Quite the opposite actually.
I agree. It boggles my mind why they don't call those moving screens, some of them are so evident it's laughable. Also, what's wrong with iso ball? I have no problem watching a player like Lebron or KD dominate a game with pick and roll or iso. To each his own..
It is very clear that just shooting 3s without a care for running offense is the only real way to win in this league now. Just be unconscious about it.
Bogut and Green are dirty. And BTW, you can be both grit-n-grind and dirty. Bruce Bowen is a perfect example.
