    Probably. The Clippers had Paul who wasn't 100%, little depth on their bench, and were coming off a grueling 7-game series with the Spurs. Once the Rockets woke the F up, Games 5 and 7 were formalities. The Game 6 collapse by LA was an all-time choke job, but otherwise it wasn't shocking that the Rockets were able to win 3 straight over the Clippers. I was frankly more shocked that they no-showed for 3 of the first 4 games of that series.

    The Thunder had the Warriors on the ropes and basically collapsed. Losing Game 5 was completely understandable and even expected, but they had an 8-point lead in the 4th quarter of Game 6 and no one other than Thompson could buy a basket for Golden State. The Thunder just flat out blew it. And the same thing happened tonight in the 3rd quarter. They had the Warriors right where they wanted them and then proceeded to score 12 points in 12 minutes.

    OKC could have easily won one of the past 2 games if they could just hit layups. They missed at least 10 each game.

    Westbrook is probably the best player I have seen in getting to the rim since young Wade. But he really needs to figure out a floater in order to finish those shots at a higher percentage.

    Watch that three that by Thompson again when the thunder gout within 5, iggy "acts" like he's tripped, but all he is really doing is clearing out space and thompson gets an uncontested 3, bang.

    Golden State does this **** all game.

    Harden learned choking basketball in his time in OKC. Panic and hero ball is Harden's mastery. I hope Harden isn't a Rocket anymore soon enough.

    Agreed, I don't understand why Durant would want to leave the Thunders and join the Rockets. Despite this loss, the Thunders are still a proven great team. I still don't consider Harden + Durant + Conley/Horford an obviously superior team. They took the defending champs that just broke the NBA win record to their limit, there's no shame in that.
