Stop b****ing about who's fan of which team. This is the NBA Dish. This is not about the Rockets. Everybody is free to hate or root for any team you want.

My takeaway from the game was that OKC was down 10 several times, on the brink of breaking, and they never did. They fought back 4 or 5 times. That to me was a good sign in terms of closing out at home. They took punches. They got back up. This bolds well even if they lose game 6. All that said, if they lose game 6, they will likely get tight.

that's how i felt too. I didn't watch the entire game but the fact they were in it most the game says a lot about OKC as a team and where they are mentally. I was thinking that if it was a blowout GS would be coming into OKC on a high, with the potential of OKC being a little shell shocked. OKC should be coming into this with plenty of confidence

I do believe OKC will close it out in game 6.

However, to your statement in bold, remember how well the Rockets played GS in games 1 and 2 last year? In fact in game 2....it was as close as it could get with the Rockets having a chance to win.

The Rockets played hard to take at least 1 of the first 2 games and we were all thinking they would come home in Game 3 and win considering how well they played in games 1 and 2. Game three was a massive blowout win by GS turned out.

How is the OKC's loss in game 5 different from the Rockets last year (game 2)? Is it possible that OKC really fought to close it out last night but just came up short? Could that have a negative effect on them going into game 6?

Warriors in 7... Westbrook is going to put up great numbers in game 6 but fold in crunch time. He's going to make some bone headed plays to cost them the game.

I felt game five being close works in dubs favor. First, a win is a win, a blowout might have used up too much shot-making luck/law of avgs.

But essentially the Warriors know they haven't played their best yet. So they will feel they have room to amp up for game six. Green got the wake-up call from the OKC blowouts to Not play selfish. If the team follow suit and play the way they knew how to as displayed in the beginning of the season, then they turn it back to become the 73 win team. If this team shows up, they would regain their supreme confidence and it won't matter who they face.

Yes, so imo dubs did still beat themselves, which happens to be under the hands of good OKC Ds. OKC might still have won both had warriors been normal. But not when warriors got superhuman again. Will dubs go out without showing up their best in the playoffs for once? We'll see. I say their pride and their reflection on their two seasons will bring it out.

Yeah, Green's a stubborn guy. You need a good coach and atmosphere to rein him in. Obviously he doesn't like to be told what to do, and he keeps saying "I'm the leader of this team".

The dubs losses were largely from his out of bounce basketball behavior. Remember the halftime rift in the OKC regular season game where, he directed his anger at Kerr who advised him to not take forced shots, then he was like "ok then I won't take a shot ever again" and proceeded to take zero.

When challenged on his dangerous kicking habit, he's like ok I'm gonna be myself even more. Smh. He is a good guy but still young. Presumably his energy can help the team a lot when channeled correctly, so we'll see if he stays on course in the few games left.

i can't remember ever seeing someone raise their arm up to arm level on a play before. arms at arm level can't be tolerated. suspension forthcoming i hope.

I like BBallbreakdown but he's always had this irrational dislike of Westbrook. And of course he's always adored Curry.

Yeah...could only watch the first few clips before realizing how pointless the video was going to be. So he is giving steph credit for Westbrook missing wide open shots and not blowing by steph when steph has help waiting behind him?

Yeah half of those, any defender would've been the same, it doesn't matter. However, that is how basketball is played. You don't lock down every possession even if u r the best defender. You can only try so much to affect the play, as well as throwing off someone's rhythm. Note that Curry does good a job on the other half of those too.

Fact is Curry is not less effective than others, he is actually moreso, according to raw tally. When guarded by others, Rus also have wide open shots, it doesn't mean Curry is exclusive. Bballbreakdown is nice enough to compile a clip for you so you can complain. So, try to appreciate.

OKC will win game 6 lol. Golden state hasn't played its best game? Uh why do you think that is? OKC didn't **** San Antonio down by accident either. Sorry warriors fans, your season is over tomorrow

You expect Adams to be a 'punching bag' his entire career? I've seen guys try to rib pinch this guy over and over again. You know grab and jab your fingers up the rib cavity. Some mean players up in this league and you got to defend yourself.
