i think flagrants and technicals are on different systems.
for flagrants, you need 3 pts (flagrant 1 = 1 pt, flagrant 2 = 2 pts) and for technicals, you need 7 technicals

Westbrook got hit in the face by Bogut on that TO. Would've liked to see the replay if it was a foul or if Westbrook ran into it on his own.

Either way, Green deserved his second technical for taunting there. That's twice this game.
