Make sense, but still kind of risky for Durant just one year removed from missing essentially an entire season due to injury. He'd be gambling big on staying healthy again.

Yep...anyway the only reason i can see him leave at this point is if Westbrook tells him that no matter how this season (or next) ends, he'll walk to have his own team next year.

When i said window, I meant Westbrook whose freakish athleticism and competitiveness is the engine to the whole thing. These kinds of players, however, tend to fade fast once the athleticism goes. I wonder how long he can play at this level and intensity.

Yeah, no way Durant leaves. He'd be an idiot to leave.

That team is way better than they realize.

Maybe if he wants to be a distant 3rd best player on the team again behind KD and WB. Doubt his ego will allow him to do that.

I don't want Durant to leave. I hope him and Westbrook start a great dynasty. They deserve a ring.

That wouldn't be the case at all. He would be returning to a place he loves and never wanted to leave and should of never left. And he would be returning to play with his brothers its different if he's just joining a team with other players he's not close with just to win then it would be different.

Does OKC even have any BBW strip clubs?

It's got to be one of the most anti Harden cities.

    hahaha!

    Hardens future NBA Teams.

Clippers / Lakers = Kardashian Life - LA Boy

Hawks / Heat = Strip Club Cities

If the NBA started a franchise in Vegas. Harden signs there for sure. That is his kingdom.

Honestly I think our chances of getting Durant are better if OKC wins it all this year. No way I think Durant leaves until he wins OKC at least one championship. After getting the championship out of the way, he can focus on what's best for his family and long term career

Funny then that he loved playing in OKC and was truly disappointed when they didn't come to an agreement on the extension.

Maybe, just maybe you should stop posting the same thing over and over again. You just disproved your own narrative.

This thread is so stupid it needs to be deleted. Rockets have absolutely 0 chance to land Durant. Actually the chance they get Durant is actually in the negative.

Meh... you place to much faith in the validity of a PC sports interview where athletes regurgitate the exact same few lines.

Well, it has been stated multiple times, by different people. Honestly, the only reason to believe we had any shot at potentially landing KD (obviously he is not leaving OKC now) was HARDEN, because they are tight.

And as for my previous post, yeah I'd rather believe Harden and the other players who were involved in the trade, who all seemingly said the same things (even if it was PC sports interviews), and KD/Russ on how they reacted after the trade and draw my own inferences - over certain posters who state as fact what they want to believe.
