I have come to get used to the whole MDantoni idea but let's just do not make him a long term solution like McHale Make him a placeholder for a good coach or great coach in 1 or 2 years Inept managements will try to waste time because obviously they feel they got lots of it on their hands. Has anyone notice that James Borrego and Stephen Silas have interviewed with other different teams and James Borrego is currently a leading candidate for a head coach job with the Grizzlies. The same goes with Adrian Griffin and Jeff Hornacek before he took the Knicks job. But guess who hasn't have other interviews with other different teams? Mike D'Antoni. LMAO that proofs no other team in the NBA want him. The Rockets are the only dumb organization to interview him and he might get the job. LMAO Morey = Fail. Yes it's Morey because he lead D'Antoni to a second interview with Les Alexander.
More like Les demanded both interviews. It's pretty common knowledge that MDA is all Les's idea. Morey wanted JVG but Les didn't want to interview him.

Just wondering, did I mention or compared Mike D'Antoni to Mchale? Why is it every reply has to with a former coach? Worst response ever. What the hell is Mchale have to do of what I said about Mike D'Antoni?
Why are Houston media so forgiving with the D'antoni interest. Regardless of roster or whatever, he's not the best thing available like how Morey supposedly drafts based on best available instead of need!!! Also, we NEED structure and defense, something Mike cannot offer.

I'm okay with us taking our time and doing our due diligence. At this point we definitely cannot make any rash decisions. That being said, we have to be cautious of losing out on somebody we really want --- I am not too overly concerned about this as I am sure Morey is in constant touch with the agents of the respective coaches.

Something is going on behind the scenes that we probably don't know about (direction of franchise; what coach would help lure what players; what Les wants, what Morey wants within reason of not getting canned), etc.
Yup time is good unless it's just to seem diligent and thorough. I wouldn't mind Borrego at all, so hope Leslie comes to his senses.
