Interesting splits for sure. April: 18 games, 13 walks, 0 HR, 3 XBH May: 15 games, 1 walk, 7 HR, 14 XBH He had a rough April, but pick up 13 walks in 18 games. We're now 15 games in, and he only has 1 walk Also, Bregman may need to go back down a level... he may have gotten another HR, but he also added his 10th K on the year. Shameful.
Any one know how Davis' defense is looking at 3B? I remember when he was drafted it was said he would struggle there.
I expect Bregman will be in Fresno next week. June 1 at latest. Guy is clearly too good for AA. So great to see Davis pick it back up. He is probably always going to be a high strikeout hitter, but his power could be elite, and it looks like he may be able to stick at 3B, which makes him a pretty valuable prospect.
Another speed merchant is set to make his season debut. Myles Straw was by far the fastest player in last year's draft class, and Baseball America already considers him to be the faster man in the entire system.

TRANSACTIONS: OF Johnny Sewald & INF Antonio Nunez promoted to Hi-A Lancaster; OF Myles Straw & INF Arturo Michelena added to QC from E.S.T.
— QC River Bandits (@QCRiverBandits) May 19, 2016

David Paulino @ Midland: 6 IP, 7 H, 2 ER, BB, 8 K Season: 1-2, 1.95 ERA, 8 appearances (6 starts), 37 IP, 31 H (2 HR allowed), 11 R (8 earned), 7 BB (2 hit batters), 42 K, 1.03 WHIP, .225 opponent average
Alejandro Garcia hitting .500 and has only struck out once in his 1st 12 AB in AA. Great start for him over a small sample. Has a chance to be a very good 4th OF or even an everyday LF who doesn't strike out and has great speed. Hasn't played much CF so far but that may just be due to other prospects in the way. Already 24 so not a ton of time to prove himself but I like him.
After hitting .172 in April, he's hitting .351 in May. He's also now tied for the league lead in doubles, 8th in SLG %, and tied for 9th in HR despite that horrendous start.

Per Keith Law of ESPN, Houston has 3 of the Top 30 prospects in the game: http://espn.go.com/blog/keith-law/insider/post?id=5202 Bregman 15th Tucker 27th Reed 30th
