Players need to be suspended now for throwing the ball towards the midsection of players when trying to save a ball from going out of bounds. That happens quite frequently these days.

It is Steven Adams. Draymond's foot is in more danger than Adams' balls are.

Not any contact. Contact that can cause injury, is reckless and isn't part of typical basketball move. Not that hard to understand the difference between a karaoke kick to your nut (after losing the ball and landing) vs diving for a ball and hitting your midsection.

Does it take this long to suspend a player?

well since intent apparently doesn't matter none of that applies if so. that's my point.

all of the flailing and flopping aren't basketball moves but sadly its become part of the game. we can go back and forth on this all day.

intent doesnt matter only because there's no way to completely prove it.

in that case vs the rockets, we have no way to tell if green actually meant another kick to dmo's nuts.

it's the consequence and/or perceived intent that matter. or harden shouldnt have been suspended after kicking lebron, either.

LOL, you're arguing against the "opinion" of the person who was in charge of suspending NBA players, what is the reasoning behind him just making something up in regards to how they review plays like this?

Sounds like they don't care whether you were trying to hurt the guy or not. They first determine whether the move was a natural basketball move and then whether it could have hurt someone, regardless of the intent.

is he the one ultimately doing it right now? no, so it doesn't really matter what he thinks really at the end of the day. his tweet is worth as much as the average fan tweeting their own opinion on the matter.

if that's truly what the only thing they're looking at DG should have already easily been suspended. Its not like they probably haven't looked at this 100 times already.

The league suspended Kobe because of an unnatural follow through that cause him to smack Ginobili in the face. Part of the reason for the suspension was that Kobe did it more than once. Green has done it twice to the same player in a week.

Its worth to know how they are probably thinking about it at NBA headquarters. It means nothing to you because you don't agree with it.

This decision will come out 1 hour before the tip off for tonight's game to gain viewers to pregame shows, that seems pretty obvious, especially since there seems to be more intrigue in whether there is a suspension or not than actually interest in this Cavs-Raptors series.

And at the same time its only worth something to you or those trying to confirm their own agenda. The consequences of this mean nothing to me.

I don't care who wins out of either these teams but I'm still watching as a fan of the game. I have my own views of what happens and will gladly express them.

Harden and Howard have been suspended for less! If the NBA doesn't suspend Green then everybody will know it's rigged!

It's weird they haven't said anything officially. Both teams don't have a lto of time to prepare for any potential changes.

Breaking: In happier news, Draymond’s foot is pregnant with Steven Adams’ baby.
