To go after Durant is not only warranted but idiotic if you don't. To make it your only plan this offseason and still expect improvement without tanking is pure stupidity. I don't think the Rockets made a misstep in going for Durant. If you want to fault Houston, fault them for allowing Dwight a 3+1 one deal. Fault them for not making a decision at game 20 in the season to trade Dwight instead of right before the deadline. Fault them for their inaction during the season. The plan or plans were never faulty, it was the lack of adjustment mid course by management. I'm also not so quick to tie all this to Morey. I'm not on the Le$ bandwagon, however, I do feel one of the requisites after firing McHale that Le$ made was that Morey had to make the playoffs. This boned us more than anything. Then again, this thread does serve a good purpose in helping to identify the Morey haters. I've never used my ignore list, but this might be a good time to test out said feature.
