We haven't beaten Lewis since 2010... he has our number. Disappointing, but winning the next 2 still makes a good series. Will we take 2, though? Need to start beating TEX. Wasn't too long ago (July '15) we swept them.

Feliz impressed and Lance looks promising. Feliz is a better version of himself vs last season similar to VV. They got better. McCullers should be babied somewhat in between starts for a while. The 6-day rest since BOS is perfect.

Altuve continues doing HOU proud

one day, probably when he retires, we will figure out Lewis' magic.
very winnable game. Fatty's double the deciding factor.

Balk and Lewis's head for the win. =/

I didnt see the game per say, but was watching the CBS gamecast. In gamecast, it looked like our guys were swinging at pitches out of the strike zone all night. Several WAY out.

Chronicle story following up on an observation Brent Strom shared on the radio the other day regarding Scott Feldman and his increase in velocity coming out of the pen.

Heading to the games this weekend, hoping for two wins. Go 'stros!!

Making scrub players look like all stars.
Making scrub pitchers look like Cy Young candidates.

They aren't a great rally team. Strikeouts, pop ups, fly balls. Tough to string hits together. They don't put the ball in play. It's walks & home runs. When the HRs don't come, no offense. — Verducci

Another guy that looks like we should be crushing. I guess this is what it feels like when teams face Fister.

Rangers & Roogie making the Astros their daddy. Nothing to see here.

Cesar Ramos(who?) gonna throw 6-7 innings of shutout ball.

Is time to see what are we going to do with Feliz, is he going to start or relieve.

If he is going to start, then move him to rotation. If not, then move him to the 7th or 8th inning to hold leads.

Lets see the young guys, this team is awful, we are not going to win many games.

Rangers could probably send me out there to pitch for them and I'd beat the Astros.

Something about facing this team just makes all the Astros' balls shrink.
