    Currently an assistant coach for the spurs, he was with them for 7 years (2003-10) then went and coached for the Magic/Pelicans, and resigned with the Spurs for the 15-16 season.

    Any assistant on the Spurs for 8 years is worth a look IMO.

    Why? He's a lead candidate for the Grizzles (who always seem to hire coaches that are competent defensively) and was an assistant for the Spurs for 8 years, what does Silas have over him?
