So it's like me interviewing for my first job after college. I walk out, see two more guys in line. We give awkward nods to each other. I tell next guy in line good luck even thought I secretly hope he bombs it.

they're interviewing for asst coaching positions really, so not much competition..there's room for a couple of them.

The reaction is much worse.. comically worse... But you're kidding yourself if you think Mchale is a better coach.
McHale is a better coach. Our defense was better, we ran our offense with tempo. His rotations were solid.
