nope - although nice try to save him I showed where people will try to take advantage of the law and enter women's bathrooms under malicious pretenses. NS tried to say, "oh but they got caught" - how many could go unreported or not get caught is the question. You don't make a law with such a risk to women and little girls' safety. I suppose many of the same arguments were used to justify segregated bathrooms and water fountains in the past. That white people needed to be "protected" from diseases and crime from "the coloreds". Never mind there was never actual proof. At the time I am sure it was just an excuse that covered over prejudices people had at the time.

lol this would solve it. I don't even care so much about the TGs using whatever bathroom they want - they're such a tiny fraction of the population. It's probably best not to have a law and just let them continue whatever they've been doing for years - likely going undetected into the bathroom that fits whatever gender vision they have in their head. The problem is when you try to "fix" this with a law that gives creepers and molesters a cover to ply their trade.
