Maybe. Maybe not. There was nothing in this game that would suggest a 4 game Warrior sweep from this point on. Warriors were at home, KD played like ass, and they lost. I can see Kerr making adjustments and the W's will prob still take the series, but it won't be one sided.

Yes it's one game. But it at least shows that the series would probably be more competitive than many people think. Being the best regular season team in NBA history doesn't necessarily mean GSW can sweep all the way to championship.

Judging by the poll it doesn't look like lots. It's okc side or gs in 6 or more. This is going to be a competence series which is something I hope everyone would want.

Barkley talks honestly about this game, gives OKC props, and the other 3 commentators look like they've shlt their pants. Shaq, Kenny, and Ernie just keep talking about how GSW is better than this. It's like they are truly upset that GSW lost.

further proof Durant ain't coming here. OKC is light years ahead of Houston as an organisation and team.

The thunder slowed down the pace by a LOT. They were walking to half court. They really wanted to control the tempo that way.

But somehow Morey is a top 3 gm. All those teams know how to draft properly. Kanter, barnes, McCollum, cullen, roberson...

Why would Jordan be crying? I think he'd want GSW to lose so their 73-win season has an asterisk by it *did not win the championship. I don't know if there was ever a record breaker previously that did not go on to win the championship.

Regardless who wins, a GOAT is being made right before our eyes. I guess I'd rather it be Durant than Curry or LeBron, but for sure that narrative would go on to trump the 95 Rockets run, so I'm conflicted there as well.

Crying Jordan doesn't mean Jordan is crying. They put it on anyone that takes an L.

Rebounding is so important against a team like the Warriors, it really slows the game down and prevent them from upping the tempo off of misses.

let's see how they adjust, I love what i'm seeing from Adams and Kanter. Going big is making a comeback

Here is the issue, there is NO real way to know if this was a fluke game by the Warriors or NOT. But Chuck brought up a great point...They won without having such high scoring outputs from Durant and WB. This was a total team effort offensively AND defensively. When your best players compete every second, its contagious for the other guys. Ibaka's chase down block was awesome. Durant, Roberson, WB all made huge plays.

Many of those screens that the Warriors usually get with clear airspace...just wasnt there in the second half. They switched when they needed too...And really didnt have many blown assignments.

WB and KD usually don't combine to shoot 30% either, with KD missing that many shots to close a game.

Curry's defense got exposed tonight. Guess who was defending Westbrook in the 3Q when he scored like 19 points? WB was 1/10 when Thompson was guardin him.

When it's not your favorite team, people tend to go into either of two fan modes, I think. Some bandwagon on successful teams. Others root for the underdog.

Personally, I mostly enjoy a good upset in the making. Also, it's impressive when a team finds that extra gear in the playoffs, which seems to be what OKC is doing.

I told you guys Curry won't be the same player till next season.

He is basically around 70-80% of his normal self and you can see it defensively the most.

    OKC should win this series.

Exactly. What I saw was a scared WB and KD in the beginning. Gsw was hot and lost the final quarter.

Did you watch the game? Westbrook was getting the same looks throughout the game. He was simply off during the first half.

in the end, OKC was up and played as good a defense as anyone on GS. That's why GS panicked, turned the ball over, and just hoisted shots. That wasn't a typical close to GS because they were down to a team who was had solid defense and rebounding, and a two super stars on offense.
