The talent disparity is just too great. If Toronto can even get one win and keep every game moderately competitive, I'd consider it a success for them.

Cavs is supposed to sweep but injury can change the entire ballgame. Just hope Jonas Valanciunas can come back.
Though they were swept, the Pistons managed to keep every game with the Cavs close. Raptors have more talent than the Pistons, I'm sure they can manage to keep the games 'moderately competitive.'
looking through basketball-reference, i couldn't find a year where it's happened. in 2009, cleveland swept the first two rounds and orlando played 13 of a possible 14 games.
Detroit I think is a promising team despite barely making the playoffs, but I do agree with you that Toronto was a lot better this year. Another factor going against the Raptors is the fatigue of playing consecutive 7-game series. Meanwhile, the Cavs are well-rested and pretty healthy. Plus, like OKC they seem to be peaking at the right time. I'm rooting for the Rockets of the East to do well, but their chances of winning more than one game from here on out is pretty slim.
