Wasn't smart pitching at all. 3-2 count to their best hitter in the lineup, with 1B open... and he throws the pitch right down the middle.

 

Yeah Devenski didn't do a good job that inning but so many times when you have errors and give teams like the Red Sox extra outs like Gomez did, that's pouring gasoline on the fire.

Whatever. Gomez as bad as he's been is constantly having to need someone to pick him up for his field mistakes and ****ting hitting. **** Gomez. Devenski sucked that inning but he's overall been solid most of his time here unlike Gomez. Red Sox pitching sucks so they still have time to salvage this game.
