Hinch loves playing with fire while the Red Sox intentionally walk Altuve. Result: Red Sox 6 Astros 5
I love it when you call me big roidie. Not even mad. Just win tomorrow. Good baseball through out just really bad brain farts in what shouldn't have been critical situations. snake bit.
Sigh...it's the little things. Altuve wouldn't have seen a pitch in that AB in the same situation. They also have professional hitters up and down their lineup. Hinch is not going to be manager when this team is in contention. He's not ready and may never be ready.
no, it's not hindsight. it's common sense. the next 2 pitches should've been nowhere within reach of his bat.
Ugh... I mean my goodness. He killed you all day. And the guy behind him (Hanley) has looked like a buffoon all day. Have a clue.
What a joke. That is literally elementary baseball there. There is already a man on second, just ****ing walk Ortiz. Hinch is again at fault for this one.
Ya after seeing Boston walk altuve it's pretty baffling why hinch would risk pitching to him in that spot, especially after the wild pitch. Castro letting that pitch by him sure as hell didn't help. This team just can't get out of its own way.
They really need to look at letting Hinch go ! With 1st base open why would you pitch to Ortiz? Hinch continues to make these stupid moves and he's not gonna stop
