    Springer on fire, OBP machine and has turned around the RISP numbers as well.

    Hinch with two pretty decent managing jobs over the last 3 games. Bullpen starting to round into form.

    Also, I'll say it again... Hinch can't give up on Gomez. As sad as it is, Marisnick is actually worse at the plate. Tucker is much worse on defense. He has to keep Gomez in the lineup until another option comes.

    I hope he never DH's again though. I mean, I understand the idea, maybe the rest on defense will allow him to focus more at the plate... but it didn't work.

    For tonight you can at least give Giles credit. You focus on the stat but what I saw was a pitcher making close pitches to Ramirez, and then getting the out he needed. And he did it all in a high pressure situation.
