Nothing funnier than the hyper criticism of managerial moves during a long-ass extra inning game. Unless they change the rules of baseball, which was designed for 9 inning games only, there are always going to be major substitution issues in games such as this. (Maybe they should). Franconia has nobody left in the bullpen (or maybe one guy).
Completely agree I'm not a bash Hinch all the time guy either But was dumb to use Feldman for one inning, in an extra inning game where you had already used Harris and Luke
Hard to believe we only spent 10 million to develop a hovercraft. The budget should have been a lot more.
Perhaps that was the plan, but it had to be altered because Feldman looked to have the sort of stuff that usually his him yielding a run (or two) in the early innings. Any manager is simply trying not to lose the game right then and there for these situations. They're not managing in expectation of a 14+ inning game.
