Why wouldn't Marwin take a few in that AB?? The ump has been inconsistent (at least based on MLB.com Live Stream).
Just putting it in perspective that even though he hasn't lived up to expectations this year he's still one of 2 or 3 bats that you can have faith in at just 21, which is still a lot to put on the kid but he is still one of the most dependable bats on the team even when not living up to lofty expectations. It's more of an indictment on the rest of the team than anything else.
Well I think expectations for a guy who hadn't played 100 games going into the season, might have been a little overboard. People were expecting an MVP year for a 21yr old. Everyone knows Correa's future will be great but he's playing well currently. Dude is just so poised and mature that it's easy to forget he's still learning. The top 3 has been rock solid.
