swing for the fences and bring in Battier. surround him with seasoned assistants and go to work. there would certainly be growing pains...but if you want to model the culture of this franchise around someone Battier is the guy for me.
Battier isn't interested in coaching. He won't be ready for the challenge. If you want to swing for the fences, go after Mario Elie. He knows what it takes to become a champion.

He's a very good coach who has improved the teams he's coached at but he's far too serious for this organization. They don't want serious here - rather, they want someone who will validate Daryl Morey's agenda.
and out of that list only Kenny smith has interviewed.. This rockets coaching Process sucks so bad: they are not interviewing the good candidates. WHY:? WHY?>

Well Vogel seems like a player coach: Paul george and other teammates have posted pictures and great comments about Vogel... I know Morey interviewed him before Mchale, therefore maybe he dorsnt need to interview him- and waiting on Vogel decision..
