He makes at least 10 million a year on Inside the NBA. Any coaching position would be a downgrade in pay.
Like hell he does. If that were the case, he wouldn't have taken / called for the interview with the Rockets.
If we actually hire one of these joke candidates, this is fully on Les Alexander. No way Morey would be supporting this bull$hit. Vogel, JVG would be great choices and both are analytically friendly and already have great relationships with Morey.
I may have been mistaken but a few years back they said the TNT inside the nba crew made like 10 mill each.. I guess that was an exaggeration.
I'v met him a few times ,and had these impressions : no way he is 6'3" , no near as funny on tv , he seemed like a**hole personality in the sense of being smart and opportunistic
http://sports.stackexchange.com/que...ch-contract-of-the-four-main-nba-on-tnt-hosts Kenny, shaq and charles make 1 million EJ makes a whopping 2.7 million as host. Rockets would offer him range of 3-4 million a year. So thats a payraise for him
What's the point in hiring someone who have NO coaching experience??? While at least 2 good coaches are available??
No point but... ...i'm sure this is just Les, Kenny was sitting close to him in a playoff home game and maybe they talked about this...
It seems now the trend is to hire people with limited coaching experience to the NBA. If we're picking from the TNT crew, I'd go with Chris Webber just because he's my favorite personality there.
