I thought it was DD. Exactly something that he would say.

His takes are so incredibly stupid anyone who engages him in serious discourse is dumber for it.

Who the **** are we supposed to build around, if not Harden and Durant.

I'm with DD on this one. Can't really see any way adding one of the best players of all time would help us. Too much risk, IMO.

We need to take safe risks. Sure, Durant can score, but can he box out?

He can't. DMo is an ELITE role player who plays roles at a superstar level.

We need to stop with the risky risks and STAND PAT sometimes.

Well, Durant used to be able to box out and play D.

It won't matter, he is not coming anyway.

Now that he's healthy, DMo will get us to the Promised Land.

DaDakota: I may not get there with you. But I want you to know tonight, that we, as a people, will get to the promised land!

Kevin Durant scored 41 points on defensive player of the year Kawhi and the Spurs.

Not sure if that's what we need though.

Doubtful. Dude's not an Alpha Dog. No way he scored 41 in a must win Game 4.

He is not an alpha dog - he is a great scorer though - but is he a leader?

I am just bringing up that he is damaged goods, does not look like the same player anymore - and is not a leader on the floor.

But hey, Harden can get you 29ppg and that is enough, right?

He's definitely an alpha dog. He's the best player on a team that's 2-2 with the Spurs in the second round.

There is no dropoff in his stats, so he's not damaged. He is far more efficient than Harden and actually plays defense and doesn't turn the ball over a billion times a game

Why get Durant when we can max Lin in '17?

But can he do it in a game 7 against the '95-'96 Bulls?

Lol, well..... It depends on if Westbrook let's him shoot :) lol, game 4 was a lot better showing by Durant since Westbrook didn't hoist up 30+ shots. Durant should be the only one putting up numbers like that, unless Westbrook is hot that night.

Durant just went off on the Spurs while completely shutting down Kawhi Leonard in the 4th.

We don't need none of that.

*That feeling when you try to do a DD parody but realize it's unpossible to come up with something more ridiculous than this.

Is Kenny Smith and Harden enough to bring Durant to H-Town???

Durant does have health concerns and given our history with players it's understandable. But if the dude wanted to come here, we'd want him and rightfully so! He definitely cures a lot of problems.

As for him not being a leader? That's ridiculous. He's one of the hardest working players in the league and sets an incredible example. I think Serge Ibaka once said he tried to get to the gym super early to beat everyone and look good, but when he got there Durant had already been working out for hours.

That's leadership. That's an alpha dog.

That's what this team needs - the off the court leadership.

    But he's not coming here.
