Wasn't too impressed with this one. I liked Batman vs superman better, this was an imitation of that. Too much talking and not enough action.

Wow from all the hype I thought it would live up to it. At best a 7.5 out of 10. Marvel fans are ridiculous.
Question about Black Panther's rings: is that where he gets his suit? I noticed when Buckey had his arm or vice versa it seemed like they were almost bouncing off each other. Like two magnets of the same side (positive, negative). Something there or am I just looking too much into it?
Speaking of which, the scene before they introduced Spidey, Tony and Widow was saying how they have a guy (to join the team). Widow said that her guy is downstairs or something while Tony had Peter Parker. Who the hell was Widow's guy? I assume after Tony and Widow showed off their guys, Widow was left in shame and had to kill hers off because he was schitte compared to Spiderman.
Oh. Well I am stupid How did Widow know T'Challa was the Black Panther? That means she must also know that Wakanda has the most sophisticated technology in the universe and eventually will know that it's harboring Bucky. Eventually Tony will find out... and Captain America: World War.
He took off his mask when arrested. She's a spy and likely was able to access information on the arrest.
It was not as good as Winter Soldier. . .but d*mn close People who hate on this . . .esp if they say Batman v Superman is better are just being contrarian . . . Black Panther was all world Rocket River
Story-wise I think Winter Soldier has a slight advantage, but this one has more boner-inducing scenes. Besides, hard to have a good story when you have to balance out so many different characters and give each one some shine. Considering all that, they still produced a good story for Civil War, so that's a huge plus. The only downside for me is that it didn't feel like a Cap movie, rather Avengers 3. But that's not really a downside at all. Maybe they'll return the favor and put all the Avengers in Iron Man 4.
After seeing it for a second time, I really love this movie and feel it's right up there with the top CBMs. The airport scene after a second watch is for me the best action scene in one of these movies. I felt like it was both a Cap movie and a direct sequel to Age of Ultron. While I see the complaint that it's not a "true" Cap movie, on the same token there are many that complained during the prior solo movies "well, why didn't hero_x call the rest of the avengers?". Here they more or less address that issue, and it's a bad thing? Can't have it both ways. I think going forward it's going to be very common place to see heroes cross movies. Especially since Marvel likes to lock the actors up with extended contracts, and I think the quality of the movies will lead more top tier actors to agree to such a thing. I go to these movies to be entertained and because I care about the source material. People complaining there was too much talking and not enough action, I mean did you just want the entire movie to be fight scenes? Last I checked that's one of the big reasons people didn't like Man of Steel / Batman V Superman. You can never account for taste, but for me I couldn't be happier with the movie really.
