Spoiler I don't think he remembers everything immediately. I think it takes him time to recall after being recently under control.
Chadwick and the actor that played his dad actually had to makeup the accent on the fly since Wakanda is a fictional African place. They combined realistic accents from real african countries that would geographically surround Wakanda if Wakanda was in the real world.
Not a comic book guy, but it was a fun movie. First hour or so was really disjoined, IMO, but after that it was solid. Good ending scene at that Arctic base as well. 7/10 for me
In the theater right now with Tmac right in front of me. My review will consist of what Tmac laughed to give y'all a real review score. Also one of his kids is wearing a Spurs shirt. Ouch. Don't tell Tinman. Just gives him more fuel.
Pretty sure spiderman and ironman would wreck shop on cap. I don't even think there is really even a villian in the movie. I thought it was a good movie.
Crossbones, Baron Zemo, and Red Hulk are in the movie. But the main focus was definitely the heroes fighting amongst themselves.
Baron Zemo, is a technical yes. Red Hulk? Nope. You sir, are underestimating Cap. You'd think you'd give him a little credit after all these films. Also, this isn't MVP season Spider-Man. This is a 15 year old kid that got his powers 6 months ago.
On Scarlett Witch's accent. That's the 1 huge miscast IMO. Olsen is no good. At least not for that part. Random question, wasn't Paltrow supposed to be in this one?
Saw a matinee on Friday. Came in with very high expectations, and I feel like it fell a little flat. Overall though, It was a fantastic movie, just not as good as I was expecting it to be. The first hour or so was a little flat, and although I love a good story, I felt like it took them a little while to get the ball rolling. Don't have any specific dislikes and it could all be due to how sick I am/was when I saw it. I was a little out of it. Plan to see it again once I'm feeling well, so I could be coming back with a different view of things. Overall though, I enjoyed it a great deal. But it certainly isn't the best Marvel flick, GOG too me is just too perfect of a movie to beat.
Yeah they really had no chance against Ironman they got lucky. Bucky was as good as dead. If Spiderman were there it wouldn't even be a contest.
Ehh, it's not like SW is a huge part of the MCU; most of Olsen's on-screen character is just action scenes anyway.
She seemed fine to me as well. Not like she's expected to recite Shakespeare, lol. She's a pretty good actress. The acting in this moving is really good and everything is completely logical based on the universe they've created. Whoever did BVS could really stand to learn a lot from Marvel.
Well I didn't pay attention to Tmac except when I went to the bathroom and noticed that he was sleeping. Thought it was a solid film though. They really know how to put jokes in just the right moments. Also Tmac did not stay for extra scenes. Either he wanted to duck the crowd or he was just there for his children. Guessing the latter. All in all I give it a 8 dunks over Bradley out of 10. Also Star Cinema is cool but not even close to Alamo. Where are the gimmick snacks and drinks?
I watched it at the Alamo in Austin, South Lamar to be exact. They had some pre-show entertainment. They had two audience members compete by putting their hand in a bucket of ice water (for the Winter Soldier), and they had to answer 5 American History questions correct. Then scarf down a two-year-expired apple pie and chug it down with a glass of beer. Whoever did it the fastest won 4 free tickets and loser got 1. Entertaining to say the least.
I can't tell if you are lying or not. That sounds like something that they would do. I love that place. The south Austin location is cool except I liked the older theater. Went there last month and they were still doing construction. That place is great with Maudies being right there. So many nights drinking and sobering up watching movies. I can remember drinking with three buddies and going to see A Scanner Darkly and all of us sleeping through the whole movie. And then somehow one of my friends getting the waitress number and then just ended up staying there until she got off. Will always miss Austin.
