Maybe but don't tell people to not take proven medication because you had a ****ty doctor and live the whole foods life. Also stop being hypersensitive.
Why can't I make a recommendation off of my own experiences? That's what you, and everybody does when making reccomendations, and OP asked for recomendations. Also, why do you feel like you can tell me what to do? I personally wouldn't recommend taking pills for back of arm acne, the side effects (which can be very serious) aren't worth it in my eyes. And I get pissed when someone trys to **** on me for no reason, wouldn't you? I didn't say anything about vegan, organic, whole foods in this thread, but yet you have continuously attacked me for my diet and passion for health. I have never talked down to anybody, I genuinely care for people's health and have always tried to be only helpful and well intentioned. Yet just because of my diet, people always feel they have a free card to trash me like im some clown for caring about health, and that's just being a bully/dick on your behalf. Anyways, sorry to derail thread OP, let's get back to the backne bro's.
Accutane is a (trending towards) last resort in regards to acne medication. The side effects could get pretty bad, and there's not even a guarantee it'll cure your acne. For facial acne I could understand why someone would want to resort to it; I was borderline considering it several years ago. My acne used to be moderately bad. That being said... for back and arm acne? Not worth it.
Try altering your diet and getting rid of things like dairy or gluten. It could be a negative response to the foods you're eating. I'm not saying you have a terrible diet since you are having acne issues, I just know that can sometimes be a big factor that people overlook.
