I predict no games in this series will be showing on nbatv hardwood classics in 10 years. I'm predicting ugly games and blowouts.

Dragic Vs. Lowry.

This will be fun!

 

I don't know what to think the way both of these teams were up and down against mediocre teams in the first round. I guess I will say Miami because I think Wade will eat Derozen alive in this series.

 

If there ever was a chance to check the "Lowry is better than Dragic" narrative, this is as good as it gets. I'm rooting for Dragic to shut up all his critics, but I wouldn't be surprised one bit if Lowry confirms it. He's been much more consistent with his play in past two years. Then again, Dragic was never team's first option after his All-NBA season like Lowry has been for quite some time now.

 

Lowry has already proved he's a far superior regular season player than Dragic. Both of them suck in playoffs though. But Lowry is still better even then.

 

As always, I will point out the circumstances that were going against Dragic. Lowry didn't have to play a SG or even SF, or get used to an entirely new team with a ballhog and a slow pace.

But lots of people on this board are content to use statistics as only measurement of a player. Those who actually watch a player know better.

 

What Dragic has going for him against Lowry is that he's 1.5 month younger than Kyle. So there's that.

 

everybody talking about Dragic vs Lowry but JV vs Whiteside would be an interestin matchup.

I'd say that Whiteside will dominate JV

 

I could change my mind to 4 - 3 Miami

 

Deng and IsoJoe are going to be huge for this series.

 

I remember reading somewhere Raptors's inside defense is leaving something to be desired...I don't know if that still holds true, but if it does, Heat will attack the paint like madmen.

 

I think the Heat will win it, but definitely a long series.

Lowry sucks

 

Lowry is such a regular season player.

When playoffs come, he immediately becomes a scrub.

 

yes seriously, he is playing so passively and cant even seem to pass or run the fast break correctly.

He's one of my favorite players to watch, but damn this is sad. Wake up skinny Lowry!

 

Toronto's offense is offensive.
