    I want to be very clear about this, she has gotten less votes in states that she won in 2008 as opposed to this year (like Illinois or Texas or Pennsylvania for example)
    Overall, She may very well end up with more votes than she had in 2008, but this has to do with the devolving of the Obama and Hillary coalition into 1 bloc of voters.
    Turnout will still be less regardless.

    One of the explanations for Judoka's question is that though Hillary is winning the black vote, she is not turning them out like Obama did. This offsets the voters Sanders is bringing in.

    There have also been reports that The DNC national and in many states is not trying to register new voters till after Hillary wins as the polling shows Sanders winning most of the new registrants.

    Gotta love our two party system... the will of the people is certainly not what they are trying to determine. The will of the big money behind the convention is more like it.
