you have speed at safety in Ballentine......who was showing flashes before that ugly injury. You also have a VERY fast MLB in Cliett who tore his ACL in camp.

Sure , but you also don't know if those two will recover . I thought the 4th rounder should have been used on defense. Preferably a linebacker . I just don't see the need for another fast running back .

If our offense proves to be more potent, it will help the defense.

We should be able to sustain drives (keeping the D more fresh) and playing with leads will put our sack-crew in pass situations.

Both Cushing and Clowney are another year removed from their injuries, so good chance they're physically more healthy this year.

Ballentine played 2 games last season but pretty much destroyed his knee. Can't find anything on his recovery timeframe but tore PCL, MCL, and dislocated his knee.

Also Cliett is an OLB but could be a nice addition if healthy.

Jax KILLED this draft. Allen in the 6th a cherry on top. He's going to be an elite backup QB.

Just seeing that. Quite a few really good prospects taken in the first half of the 7th so far. Mills, Alexander, Duarte, Braverman. I would have loved to get any one of these guys.

Very deep draft- Peake almost went undrafted.

Several nice TE's sitting out there undrafted.

Maybe they can sign Braunecker and maybe Devon Cajuste if they go undrafted.

Scooby Wright and Jeremy Cash still undrafted, too.

    Darius Latham, too...

there's a ton of talented guys out there.

Who was the big white TE the Texans went to see- played at a small school IIRC?

Sandlan from Montana State.... just got selected by the Panthers.

The list of quality UDA is thinning.
