Zach Lowe in his latest article does a good job analysing it. It has to do with Whiteside.

But if the Hornets can't make as many difficult guarded shots as the last game, I think this will be a loss, because Heat has already started adjusting.

I really like both teams. The East is looking exciting again.

3 through 6 with the same records make for exciting competitive games.

Rooting for the hornets. They are tough at home and their pesky defense may just do it. And if so, when was the last time a team was down 2-0 and win the next 4?

Look for the Hornets to close it out. But my gut is, somehow the Heat pulls this out and force a game 7.

Do the Hornets have the mental toughness to play their best in a closeout game at home? I don't think they do. If the Heat play well tonight, I expect a game 7.

If I'm wrong and the Hornets play their best game, this series is over. They are simply better than the Heat.

Yeah, my thoughts too. They are inexperienced as *** and the Heat has been in this situation many of times. It will be a shocker if the Hornets pull this out. If it's a close game, Heat will take it. This should be like a overtime game me thinks.

The Hawes injury is worse than it initially sounds when you hear "Hawes is injured". Zeller is playing on a bad knee, so the Hornets are running out of bigs for their strategy to handle Miami's offense. It sounds weird to say, but without Hawes they might not be able to win.

Yeah, like I said, losing Hawes is bad.

No worries, Walker and Lin will drop 70.

I don't know about that, but home court crowd should help a lot. Those Charlotte fans are loud. And agree losing Hawes is bad.

not sure how a guy who has played 15 mins or less in their 3 game streak is going to be the actually difference in whether they can win this series or not.

Because their other bigs cant defend. Kaminsky is a rookie and a bad defender, Jefferson cant jump or rebound or box out Whiteside. Cody has a bad knee. Hawes has a pretty good +/- this series.

It'll be fun to watch Hansbrough against Whiteside. 2 short tempered crazy mofos

Hornets need to win today to avoid game seven. Back to you, bill.

+/- isn't much of an indicator to me. But anyway I guess you can say his defense may be better than some of those guys but to be the actual difference bw winning or losing a series I severely doubt.

I predicted heat in 6. Obviously wrong. But I still favour the Heat due to experience. If we got to game 7, it'll probably be the Heat in a blowout.

The Heat's experience is going to make this tough for Charlotte. But we'll see.
