so if he dropped 10-15 pounds his teammates will hit their open hots, 3 pointers and layups? They'll become more reliable?

 

Put Harden and Dwight on the Knicks you got a championship for your team.

Not only is there Phil Jackson, there is the greatest arena, and a city who would go crazy to have a talent like Harden.

I'll be the first to admit I over reacted. However, there's just too many question marks with some of the players you mentioned. Beasley has played 1/4th of his first season in the NBA in what...2-4 years? Sorry I can't remember the exact number.

Capela has barely even been given a chance to show if he can or can't get the job done. So how can we act like he can?

KJ could be a solid role player, but again, he hasn't had the chance to show if he can even do anything. We see highlight plays sure. We don't know if he can run in a system, we don't know what we'll do when teams just sag off him completely when he can't shoot.

I'm not saying those guys shouldn't be playing right now because they should. To say they are serviceable however has yet to be seen.

 

If there's one thing I've learned this series, DO NOT sign Barnes...

 

So... why are the Warriors able to get away with moving screens on every freaking play! If a Rocket set that same screen it would get called every time.

 

I wish JBB would get ejected this game.

Amazing how badly this year has gone for Houston sports. Both the Texans and Rockets start out horribly and then manage to eek out a playoff spot thanks to other teams having down years when a high draft pick would've been a better outcome. And now the Astros are a total disaster(at least thus far).

 

Well it has been fun folks. Half a season left of the Rockets and on to the next.

 

I really think D-Mo and Harden enjoy working together on that pick and roll, and it works really well. We just need D-Mo to be more consistent. He is a dangerous weapon off that pick and roll with his vision. If he can knock down that three with a decent rate, he'll do well for us in a solid system.

 

I watched Barnes for three years at Carolina where he was looked upon to step up and be the man. I love the guys game but he will never be more than a good complementary piece.
