dude for real brought up mcgrady for no reason. Lmao what a joke of a poster. Someone needs to take away his precious 99 tag because the reasons to take tinman serious are waning rapidly.

But to stay on topic... Dwight should command the ball less regardless if he's in rhythm or not. I do like when he's gets the ball when he's in very solid position much like the first half of game 4, but if he gets the ball out 12 13 feet out then it won't be a very good possession. Dwight needs to focus more on rebounding the ball and becoming an above average rim protector. He's not that big, but he's much stronger than anyone and is still a pretty athletic guy. He can still get easy buckets if the offense is rolling and the defense is scrambling. Just need better and more willing passers. For example on the play where Dwight screen and rolled for Ariza he had an open look to the basket but Trevor ignored and shot the three. Got fouled on the play, but those unnecessary threes from someone who isn't shooting too well are so crucial when you can get Dwight an easy basket. Get your big man involved so he's more engaged both sides.

    3. McHale was very accurate in his critique of Dwight. I do think he needs the ball more, but he's a risk cause the Warriors defend the pass to the post well.

Throwing Dwight under the bus in a contract year is pretty damn cold.

McHale's sounding like the posters on Clutchfans. Have we not been saying this about Dwight for years now, and especially this season? You can't feed him the ball. He has limited offensive moves. He can't make free throws when he's fouled. And he turns the ball over way too much.

We've been saying he needed to play a DeAndre Jordan role on this team, but the problem is he no longer has the athleticism to do that. Which is why I don't think he'll be missed as much as people in the media believe if/when he opts out and walks this summer.

Come on man, your thread title is just wrong. There's a big difference between Dwight saying he doesn't WANT the ball versus him saying he doesn't NEED it (which is what McHale said).

Agree with what McHale said. You shouldn't run the offense through Dwight with Dwight posting up. Twould be r****ded.

But Dwight should be averaging around 18 ppg on dives, cuts, rolls, seals, lobs, and putbacks.

agreed. and it's not the points. it's the number of shots/chances he gets.

Maybe you should listen to what you're about to post before posting it. Just takes a little bit of common sense, as hard as that may be for you.

Ok, so you did it intentionally then. It's pretty simple. Either you did it intentionally, or you didn't listen, but either way you were wrong. You can keep using the same cop out, it's not going make your excuse valid.

Try to actually fix the problem in the GARM. You're one of the people contributing to it by doing things like this. Why would I want to clutter the board with the same clip in a different thread?

Not really, Dwight doesnt need and want are two different things. If he didnt want the ball then you wouldn't hear him and beard are not getting along. You could see his disinterest when they neglect him.
