Thompson was not going to shoot terribly two games in a row. Rockets lost this game in the first half when they outplayed the Warriors and had so many things go their way, but went into halftime tied due to unforced errors.

CF theory - JBB sucks so bad.

Reality - The Rockets were playing over their heads and let up once Curry left. It's what bad teams do all the time.

Yep, it's was JB the one who decided to play his two worst players in key moments and Harden for all the game/s so yeah, A LOT is on JB.

Uh, the 2016 Rockets did what the 2016 Rockets do. Shocked that anyone is surprised.

They started playing lazy defense. Ariza didn't stay glued to Klay and Dmo wasn't getting out on Draymond to defend the 3. Horrid transition defense all around. Basically everything that they were doing in the first half to keep them in it, they stopped doing in the 2nd.

    I never want to see:

    Ariza
    Brewer
    Jet
    Jones
    JBB
    Rest of coaching staff

And all their faces ever again.
Cut them, trade them, shoot them out of a cannon into siberia. I don't care. Get them off the team.

This second half was absolutely pathetic. Worst display of basketball and effort I have ever seen. The sheer stupidity of the turnovers, the inability to recognize that HEY Golden State is a three point shooting team. Maybe we should guard them? The flat out GIVING UP when things got tough. This is the type of game that happens before a major team breakup.

Also you can't have Terry out there guarding Livingston or Barbosa, it's just too much of a mismatch.

Beverley going down was huge for the Rockets. Terry was horrible on both ends of the court. The Rockets also went for several homerun plays in the third period that led to turnovers and easy buckets for Golden State. Fatigue started to catch up to Harden as the game went along. JB got seriously out coached. I would have loved to see JB play KJ instead of Terry after Bev got hurt. KJ's defense could have really helped.

You probably have to pay millions to have people to take these trash away.

I haven't flamed Bickerstaff at all, even as he has deserved it, but his job is to have them ready to play. First quarters and third quarters are the best showcase of this. If he can't motivate them to continue to play with intensity than he truly does not belong coaching this team.

It looks like it is going to be Van Gundy moving forward but I am extremely interested to see who he brings for a coaching staff. Hopefully he has an offensive guru in mind.
