I know people are getting scammed and that sucks...but it's freakin hilarious how it's happening. Maybe Eric Berger is behind this.

 

I was about to post something about Eric Berger as well. It is terrible people take advantage of this situation and they should be prosecuted for it.

But it is pretty darn funny at the same time.

It looks like someone was already digging through my trash last night. All kinds of weirdos driving through my neighborhood now.

 

Did your house flood or did any houses around you flood?

I know when I was growing up down on Clear Creek, our house flooded like 4-5 times in a 10 year period. My dad would always get the insurance money, do the repairs himself and keep the rest of it.

But we would put water logged furniture outside to get it out of the house (it was trashed anyways). We would go to the hotel since our house wasn't livable at the time and we would come back in the morning and most of it was gone lol.
