I know you're trolling a little bit at this point but to be honest, my expectations are dwindling the more I see this team at this point.

I agree I knew he couldn't stay that hot but it was nice and fun to watch him.

I am going to say this about what i've seen from Umps this year, they are missing way too many pitches in the strike zone, if this continues, we are going to need machines calling balls and strikes, is getting way out of hand with this ump, they are becoming mediocre.

Didn't think about it like that, but I wouldn't be surprised.

Unfortunately, I'm listening on the radio.. Rangers broadcast. They didn't mention intent

I really like White I've been impressed with his fielding skills which everyone though he would be weak at. I'm hoping he does hit around .300

There was no intend, the Springer hit was a 3-2 count

    Agree

I think he settles in around .290 or so which is damn good in today's game

Man, I have been saying that there is no need to worry yet, but after such terrible plays consistently every inning maybe its time to worry. These guys can't handle the pressure, expectations were too high.

I think his point is fair though, not really trolling. If you use last season post-winning streak as justification, then you shouldn't have had expectations coming in.

If you had expectations coming in, 2 weeks shouldn't be enough to change them.

yeah I've found his fielding/awareness out there to be solid. I wonder if they swap him and Reed anyway when Reed comes up eventually.

Sometimes I lean towards not liking Odor more than any MLB player :)

Starting pitching really has been fine since the Brewers series. This is all on situational hitting and base running. Which should in theory be two of our strengths.

The problem is that is not 2 weeks, well, almost 3 now, but since May 2015.

This teams has played great baseball in April, after that, average and last month of the year played horrible.
Now, the start the same way we finished last year in the regular season.

Maybe you're right. This team was hyped up too prematurely because post hot streak last year they have been nothing special so expectations may need to be lowered. A lot of the fan base brought into the hype coming into this year and thought they could build on their first playoff appearance in over a decade but it's not too promising so far. They look like a straight up bad, undisciplined, poorly coached team atm.
